It was about this time 5 years ago that the two of you met me at Santa Maria Hostel, Inc. and opened my eyes to the benefits of managed IT services and cloud computing. We had come to an impasse with our current technology provider. They just went listening to us.
We needed more modern equipment, and they weren’t keeping up with the rapid changes on technology. We’d have a problem, but they just weren’t hearing us, and then we’d have to go through several loops before they finally got it. We upgraded servers, and the existing copiers couldn’t communicate with them, and fixing the problem wasn’t in the contract.
