We work hard to make sure we fix your computer issue or network problem on our FIRST visit. We know you don’t have time to keep calling your computer guy to correct the same problem over and over. One metric of our Engineers annual bonus is tied to one call resolutions that do not require a call back visit for the same issue.

We Invest in Quality Experience and Ongoing Training
Our engineers are seasoned, qualified, professionals with years of real world experience. We have better trained and more experienced engineers than the average IT firm. Many engineers are inexperienced or low skilled and this results in problems taking much longer than they should to resolve, problems reappearing or taking several attempts to fix. Only one in twenty of 3i’s job applicants pass our technical exam and our engineers have an average of 18 years or more experience in IT support. New Hires with years of experience are required to complete an additional 33 hours of training before they are able to engage in any customer support calls. Past the initial onboarding 3i techs are required to perform an additional 60 hours per year of ongoing training for the latest certification on the solutions we support.

Our service philosophy is proactive, not reactive. With state-of-the-art network monitoring and management, we manage your network 24/7/365 to identify issues and address them BEFORE they become problems, rather than putting out fires.
Standard office hours are Monday – Friday from 8 am to 5pm where your call is answered live within 3 rings by a certified tech who can immediately start working on your request. After hours our phone rolls to an automated attendant wo provides an option for emergency service. We have at minimum four engineers that are on call after hours 365 days per year to support your every need remotely or onsite in the event of an emergency.
